* * * * --GO UP TO EDIT AND TURN WORDWRAP ON-- * * * * ************************************** First of all, let me untroduce myself. My name is Alex Stevenson, but i like to call myself "Monqui" If you want to contact me, my ICQ # is 67257282, and my E-Mail is monqui@planethalflife.com. With all that out of the way, heres some technical stuff for people who get kicks out of looking at technical stuff: Compile Time- About 15 min. Processor- Pentium II 233Mhz Ram- 64mb Map Size- 1.00 MB Next up, i'd just like to give a brief explanation about the map, and say why it is the way it is. The map itself is divided into ten different rooms, each with its own color. Each room has one starting point, but the map probably shouldnt hold nearly that many people. I've been playtesting it with bots and found that it can hold up to 6 without much trouble, but a one-on-one match is still pretty fun. Any more than six, and you'll be running into people left and right, and that gets really annoying after a while. I decided to make this map after having designed 4 different maps, then trying to compile them, and then having to shut them down after 24 hours because other people needed to use the computer. So, i started making a map that would be easy on any computer (hopefully). This map is REALLY easy to naviget because most of the rooms have at leats 5 different exits, and only one has two exits, so that makes it kinda easy to loose someone also. I started out with only 4 rooms, then just started adding things until i ran out of colors, so i just stopped at ten. I desinged all of the rooms to be very easy on my computer, and it seems to have worked. -Monqui
